Oh!Sharels（オシャレルズ）

2010年結成の女性3人組Girls Doo Wopグループ。編成は、ボーカル担当のトモコ、マナ、タエカ及び常時6人のバンドクルーメンバー。

ギターはラッツ＆スター出雲亮一、ピアノは元ラッツ＆スターの山崎廣明が担当。主要レパートリーは50～60年代アメリカのDooWopナンバーが中心。結成当初の活動場所は都内及び都内近郊のライブハウスだったが、2013年春にインディーズレーベルGET HIP RECORDSよりシングルCD “Chapel of Dreams” をリリース後、全国各地で精力的にライブ活動を行っている。ライブハウスに留まらない会場での出演も多い。

2016年1月から鈴木雅之の姉、 “Sister K” こと鈴木聖美と “Sister K meets Oh!Sharels” 名義で、60年代洋楽カバーのアナログシングルを3ヶ月間連続リリース。また、2017年より2年連続でスペインで開催されている “Screamin’ Festival” に出演、2018年にはイギリスで開催されている “Rhythm Riot” に出演するなど、益々その活動の幅を広げている。

Oh!Sharels is Japanese only Girls Doo Wop group and has performed 1950s to early 60s Doo Wop. The name of Oh!Sharels comes from “O Sha Re”, means like fashionable, stylish, elegant in Japanese, and The Shirelles.

In 2010, the first three girls of Oh!Sharels were gathered to perform for Doo Wop Show at 30th anniversary event of Hiroaki Yamazaki (Pf). After that, the members have changed many times to reach the present. The current girls are Tomoco, Mana and Taeka. Ryoichi Izumo (G) and Hiroaki Yamazaki, who were members of the famous Doo Wop Group in Japan, gathered the band crews. Oh!Sharels has continued the activities with nine members.

The live performances are spread all over Japan, mainly in Tokyo and Yokohama. In 2017, Oh!Sharels has performed at “Screamin'” in Calella, Spain and in 2018, “Rhythm Riot” in Rye, England. Especially in Spain, Oh!Sharels performed two consecutive years and has expanded its activities overseas.

Since 2012, Oh!Sharels has released 3 albums, 4 mini albums and 1 single from GET HIP RECORDS in Japan. After that, in 2020, a digital single was distributed from El Toro Records in Spain, which hosts “Screaminʼ”.
